Palm Beach Institute of Contemporary Art (PBICA), Florida March 13, 2003 International Arts Group Exhibition (I.A.E) Laurelhurst Theatre, Portland, Oregon A collaboration by Matt Bua, Matt Mikas, and Tom Roe, "Of The Bridge" is a sound and video installation mixing field recordings of traffic, passing subway trains, and construction and repairs from the Williamsburg Bridge, with sampled sounds from Sonny Rollins' 1961 "The Bridge" recording, and performances from three New York sound artists who live next to the structure. Installation used FM transmitter, video transmitter.
