On Sunday, April 22nd, artist Matt Bua will present the first of a series of workshops in conjunction with his forthcoming installation "Sing Sun -Room" for the Wave Farm Transmission Sculpture Garden. Made possible by Artists & Communities, a program of the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, Bua will work with a group of local middle and high-school students to create elements for his interactive sound sculpture installation. In this first meeting Bua will introduce the students to the "Sing Sun - Room" project, speak about his artistic practice, and present past work. The workshop will be streamed (audio and video) on the free103point website. Special thanks to Dharma Dailey and Barbara Rovitz for facilitating the student participation for this project.
