Artists must provide an online Project Work Sample Review Excerpt either through a password-protected or public site. For questions and recommendations regarding this requirement, please contact regrant [@] free103point9.org. Additional supporting materials may be submitted via mail as CD/CD-R, DVD/DVD-R. For Installation projects please make available: installation documentation (photo, video, and/or audio), installation design schematics, and an element/equipment list.

If available, provide press kits, flyers, catalog copy, postcards, and other publicity.



For Supporting Materials not online, submissions must be received by December 31, 2009.

Self addressed, stamped envelope (S.A.S.E.) required for return of materials-Applicants who wish to have their work copy and materials returned must enclose a S.A.S.E. with appropriate postage. Material and works submitted without a S.A.S.E. may be discarded after the review panel's meeting.
